Professional service guidelines and policies

These terms and conditions govern the provision of hypnotherapy services by Patrick Martin of Derby Hypnotherapy. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Derby Hypnotherapy provides professional hypnotherapy services including but not limited to:

  • Therapeutic hypnosis for various conditions
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
  • Time Line Therapy™
  • Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
  • Mindscaping techniques

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • A free initial consultation is available to discuss your needs
  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
  • Package deals and payment plans may be available upon discussion

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and medical information
  • Inform us of any changes to your health status
  • Arrive punctually for appointments
  • Follow any advice or exercises provided between sessions
  • Maintain open and honest communication

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical treatment
  • Results may vary between individuals
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • You should continue to follow medical advice from qualified healthcare professionals
  • Hypnotherapy may not be suitable for everyone

Patrick Martin is registered with:

  • Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
  • American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH)
  • General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

All services are provided in accordance with professional codes of ethics and conduct.

Liability

Derby Hypnotherapy's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by our registration bodies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
